SHIPPING:

Items are shipped out using Evri courier tracked service within the UK which take 3-4 days delivery, or Royal Mail Tracked for other parts of the world which can take up to 10 days or more depending on the time of year.

RETURNS:

Returns are accepted, buyer must pay for return (unless the issue is my mistake) and items must be returned in the same condition they were sent out.

All products apart from faux leather products can be washed in the washing machine, delicate wash. Do not tumble dry.

Faux leather products can be wiped down with a damp cloth and air dried.
