I love the product but can i request a change of colour etc?

Here at Daisy Threads, we want you to be 100% happy and satisfied with your purchase, so on any 'made to order' listing you can request a different colour interior or have items added/ left off. All we ask is that you contact us before purchase with your request so we can let you know if we're able to accommodate.

I want to purchase but need the item quicker than the processing times.

No worries! send us a message before purchasing to let us know the product you're wanting to purchase and the date you'd need it to be delivered by, we'll let you know if this is viable and if we're able to mark your order as priority and move you to the top of the order list.

Can your products be washed in the machine?

All our fabric items such as : ice cream cozies, soup bowl holders, children's handbag sets, children's crossbody bags and coin purses can be put through the washing machine on a 40* wash but are unsuitable for tumble drying due to the plastic backing on the waterproof canvas used. (ice cream cozies and bowl holders are fine in tumble dryers)

Can my order be sent to a different address?

Yes of course! when you're on the payment page just make sure you change the delivery address option. forgot to do that? Dont worry we've got your back! drop us a message with the right address and we'll manually change it for you when your item is being packed. ( just to let you know we don't have any control once item has been posted!)

can you gift wrap and or add a message to my order?

Unfortunately we don't provide this service, and don't have the facilities to add messages to your order. Apologies.
