special handmade gift made from your clothing, whether it be your child leaving school, their graduation, change of job, moving to another country, your wedding, your child's first outfit or a loved one that has passed away, all these occasions and many more, you can take your loved ones uniform, favourite items of clothing, coat, dressing gown etc and have made into a gift that will last forever, a special keepsake to be reminded of all those special memories.

TIMESCALE:
once I have received your chosen items that you send to me, it will take up to 2 weeks for keepsakes to be made, (depending on the amount requested) You can request little sneak peak pics of the whole process or wait and have a surprise when they reach your home!

POSTAGE:
Once keepsakes have been made i will send out tracked via Evri courier.

SPECIAL REQUESTS:
if you have any special requirements that you want incorporated just enclose a note with your items stating what you would like.. e.g. logos placed in a certain area, eyes a certain colour, want bear to look like wearing trousers/jeans or wear a skirt etc etc .....REMEMBER THIS KEEPSAKE IS ALL ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT. if though your happy to leave decisions to myself that's absolutely fine.

WARNING:
Please be aware that these are not toys, these are keepsakes and not made for playing. Due to the way these are made ie fabrics used, they cannot be UKCA approved and do not comply with any toy safety regulations so by law cannot be classed as toys.

HOW TO START:
Before you purchase message me so we can have a conversation about what you would like, how many bears/cushions you want. postage listed is for a parcel big enough to post two bears/cushions, if any more are requested i will need to change postage accordingly.
Once your happy and ready to go ahead with the order then just fill in the options so we can start the process.

Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

Items are shipped out using Evri courier tracked service within the UK which take 3-4 days delivery, or Royal Mail Tracked for other parts of the world which can take up to 10 days or more depending on the time of year.

RETURNS:

Returns are accepted, buyer must pay for return (unless the issue is my mistake) and items must be returned in the same condition they were sent out.

All products apart from faux leather products can be washed in the washing machine, delicate wash. Do not tumble dry.

Faux leather products can be wiped down with a damp cloth and air dried.
